Josh Hanrahan, Associate, has over 13 years of design and construction inspection experience in civil engineering projects related to land development and roadway design for both private and public clients.  His primary focus is the design with regard to site layout, access, parking, zoning, stormwater management, sanitary sewer, roadways, utility services, site grading, earthwork, permitting, feasibility studies, and concept planning.  Furthermore, Mr. Hanrahan’s responsibilities include coordination with outside design team consultants and review agencies to ensure quality and client satisfaction.  His commitment to his client’s projects combined with his technical engineering skills and comprehension of the related review agency requirements make him an invaluable asset to any development project.

Josh loves spending time with his 5-year-old daughter, going to the beach and camping.  He enjoys the outdoors, traveling and exploring new places.
