Mr. Hanrahan, Principal and owner, has over 25 years of management and design experience in civil engineering projects related to land development and roadway design for both private and public clients. His primary focus is in the land development field concentrating on obtaining development approvals and guiding projects through construction. He has specific expertise in site layout, access, parking, zoning, stormwater management, roadway design, utility design, lot geometry, grading, earthwork, feasibility studies, concept planning and construction administration.
In addition, Mr. Hanrahan’s responsibilities include constant communications with the project’s clients and review agencies to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
Mr. Hanrahan uses a combination of his technical knowledge and management skills to successfully navigate projects through the design and entitlement process. During his career he has worked with a broad range of Corporations and Developers including Prologis, Duke Realty, The Richman Group, Exxon Mobil, Mastec Construction, Ericsson, Telcordia Technologies, DR Horton, Hovnanian, Brookdale Community College, Ranney School, NJSDA, Jersey Shore Medical Center, Centra State Medical Center, Robert Wood Johnson Hamilton Hospital, Walgreen’s, CVS, Rite Aid, Hardee’s and many more.
His commitment to his client’s projects combined with his management experience, technical engineering skills and comprehension of the related review agency requirements make him an invaluable asset to any development project.
Mr. Hanrahan has been accepted and testified as a professional engineer before over 60 Planning and Zoning Boards in multiple states in addition to testifying before County Planning Boards and other governmental agencies.
